How can you help us?
If you have any payroll issue or project, we are confident we can help you to achieve your aims. Whether you just need ideas and guidance to set you on the right course or would prefer active ongoing involvement, we will tailor a solution to suit the needs of your business.
We have undertaken a wide variety of assignments from a single day's consultation through to project management. Work for our Clients has ranged from setting up an 18 man payroll right through to supporting a service paying 14,000 individuals.
Call us to discover how we could help you with your issue.
How quickly could you help us and when would we see results?
The majority of clients call us when they require urgent help and we pride ourselves on our ability to respond quickly. Invariably we can conduct an initial consultation within a maximum of 3 working days and aim to provide outline reports, recommendations and/or proposals within the following 2 working days. Larger projects may take longer to assess.
The urgency and needs of your issue will drive the speed at which we will provide results for you. At all times we adopt a practical and 'hands on' approach in order that you obtain the benefit of our experience as quickly as you need to.
How much will it cost?
Each case will be different. However, we will provide full details of the charges involved following initial, no-obligation discussions. Our charges will depend on the level of our involvement i.e. whether we are providing ideas and guidance to set you on the right course or managing a system review and migration where we are actively involved throughout a project. To provide the best value for clients we aim to use or develop existing in house skills wherever possible.
Client testimonials confirm that our consultants are immediately effective and deliver on time (at the latest).
Why should we use IPC?
Because we will provide prompt, expert, sound, practical advice no matter what your issue. We are problem solvers who work quickly and efficiently, providing our Clients with value that is second to none.
Our experience is broad, deep and covers all business sectors. Whatever your issue, it is likely that we have had first hand experience of a similar situation which means we can be effective straightaway.
When do people use your services?
The first contact usually occurs when a payroll issue comes to light, changes have occurred or are planned for the future e.g. introduction of new systems or changes to policies (company or otherwise). Many first contacts relate to project launches such as a transfer to a new system or service.
Sometimes a payroll crisis prompts contact with us. These can can range from problems with existing Service Providers or Bespoke systems through to staffing and department management issues.
Pension and Compliance issues present a predictable flurry of work for us too.
What are the benefits of using external Payroll Consultants?
Fortunately for most companies they rarely have to undertake payroll projects. However, this does mean that there is often little in house experience to draw on. Bearing in mind the critical nature of 'getting it right' and the potential risks of getting it wrong, there are many benefits to using the services of specialist Payroll Consultants.
Because they are constantly involved in payroll issues and projects, our Payroll Consultants know the pitfalls and how to avoid them.. They will be able to provide an expert perspective that can minimise business risks and will help you keep projects on course.
Our Payroll Consultants can also be used to ensure that you get the best from your Supplier, especially in the case of complex system or bespoking issues.
Of course, independent advice is critical. We are not affiliated to any payroll related organisation, software or service provider. This means that our clients can be sure that our advice is totally objective and focussed on the specific needs of their business.
