Issue: Too much time spent on payroll

The outcome:
Following a one-day consultation our client implemented every recommendation that was made. Their administration manager now spends less than two hours of her time per month, a little more during bonus payment month, tax year end and when her senior administrator is on holiday. Duplication of data and effort has been eradicated and payroll bureau now produce two more payroll reports.
