Issue: PAYE Tax Queries

We have a high turnover of staff and they come to us without P45s, and seem to question the amount of tax deduction every time they are paid. We would like to have something that we could give them which explains things in simple, easy to follow ways.”
The outcome:
We were able to provide the client with a bespoke IPC PAYE factsheet and illustration which shows the impact of P45s, non-cumulative tax codes, tax refunds etc. This was supplied in a spreadsheet format so that employee-specific data could be entered to personalise the illustration. The client reports this is now indispensable – for employees at all levels.
